I was spoken down to and treated very rudely during the planning process of my mother's funeral. All these people care about is where they are getting their dollar from. After arranging with my grandparents to pick up my mothers ashes from the funeral home, I was refused them and spoken to like I was trash. Please do not lay your loved ones to rest with these people. You wont matter to them.
